What are some natural ways to treat depression and anxiety? - depression anxiety
I have lived with extreme depression for years. In 2007 I had developed my first episode of panic attacks and anxiety and hypochondria. I'm not going to Western medicine when it deemed absolutely necessary. So I look more to natural therapies. What are the ways to help control and prevent depression, anxiety, panic attacks and, above all, hypochondria? Counseling, personal experience and links are very welcome! Thank you!

I have lived with depression for decades, tried different types of antidepressants, but nothing seemed to work until I tried the herb St. John. I'm still annoyed that the doctor believes that the tests in time, usually the first thing I tried in Europe instead of expensive drugs.
ReplyDeleteI expected nothing but the action immediately and dramatically. I lived with depression for so long I forget what it was like to be depressed. I thought to myself: "So what antidepressants do."
I also valerian and melatonin on sleep and depression and fish oil, promote the function of the brain and has tons of positive physical effects. At the same time I was with vegetable oil and marginalARINA, switched to canola or olive oil and real butter.
One of the best ways to prevent and manage depression and anxiety even daily exercise. Another option is to go in the sun, because studies have shown that sunlight helps to reduce depression.
ReplyDeleteMake an appointment with a qualified licensed medical practitioners. There are so many things you can do to help you - it's a shame that the suffering continues. St. John's wort is an herb for depression, but should be administered under the supervision of a licensed alternative practitioner or herbalist. There are plants used to treat anxiety, but again under the care of a healer or botanist. Another thing that is particularly useful when Bach.
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
